Terms of Service
Last updated: April 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Reachly, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Reachly is an analytics platform that helps creators showcase brand collaborations and helps brands discover creators. We connect to your social accounts via official APIs (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) only with your explicit consent.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your jurisdiction) to use Reachly. You must own or have authority over any social accounts you connect.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or affiliation; connect accounts you do not own; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; interfere with platform security; use Reachly to harass others or violate any law or third-party right.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all content from your social accounts. By connecting an account, you grant Reachly a limited license to fetch, store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you and to brands you opt to be discoverable to.
7. Third-party platforms
Your use of Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube data via Reachly is also subject to those platforms' terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs that may affect Reachly functionality.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to other users or the platform.
9. Disclaimers
Reachly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all features will work without errors.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reachly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use of Reachly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
