Data Deletion

Last updated: April 30, 2026

Your right to deletion

You can permanently delete your Reachly account and all associated data — including any information we obtained from Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube — at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to your Reachly account.
  2. Go to the Connections page and click "Disconnect" on each connected social account. This immediately revokes our access tokens and removes synced posts from that platform.
  3. Go to your Profile page and click "Delete account" at the bottom. This permanently removes your account and all remaining data within 30 days.

Option 2 — Email request

If you cannot access your account, send a deletion request to:

privacy@amplifyr.dev

Include the email address associated with your Reachly account and, if applicable, the social account handle you connected. We will verify your identity, complete the deletion within 30 days, and send you confirmation.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile (email, display name, role)
  • All OAuth tokens for connected social accounts
  • All synced posts, media, captions, and metrics
  • All brand-collab detections derived from your content
  • All cached profile pictures and post images stored on our servers

We may retain minimal records strictly required by law (e.g. tax/audit logs) for the legally required period; these records contain no platform content.

Revoking access from the platforms directly

You can also revoke Reachly's access from each platform's settings:

Revoking from the platform stops new data from flowing in but does not by itself delete data already stored at Reachly — please also follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.
